[IMPORTANT] A Note about Skipping

Let’s talk about something important - skipping. We know how frustrating it can be, and we want to be upfront. No fine print. No surprises.

CD skipping has always been one of the classic challenges - caused by scratched discs, worn laser pickups, or sudden movement during playback. It’s not something one upgrade can fully eliminate.

That said, we really pushed to make things as stable as possible. We're using a drive system with built-in skip protection, adding internal acoustic foam, and placing non-slip feet in all the right spots to help minimize impact during playback.

At the same time, we upgraded the speakers and added bass radiators to improve sound quality. So when the volume is turned all the way up (like level 28–30 out of 30), the bass can hit hard, and even with all the efforts, there's still a chance of skipping at the very top. That's just the trade-off for delivering fuller sound in a compact setup.

We did considered capping the max volume to avoid that. But at the end of the day, we wanted this to be something people could use however it fits their life - soft music at night, or big sound for other activities. Having that range just felt more meaningful than locking it down for one use case.

What play mode does it support?

The Moonlight CD player plays CDs, FM radio, and USB files. It supports Bluetooth (receiving & transmitting), AUX output (output only), and optical output.

Does it play MP3 CDs?

Yes! It does support MP3 CD!

Does it have built-in speakers?

Yes! It features two built-in speakers and two bass radiators, delivering rich and immersive sound.

Can it connect to external speakers?

Absolutely! You can easily connect to external speakers via 2-way Bluetooth, aux output, or optical output. Whether you want to stream wirelessly or use a wired connection for that extra boost in sound, we've got you covered!

Does it have built-in rechargeable battery?

Yes, it comes with a 5,000mAh lithium battery, providing up to 15 hours of continuous play (at 50% volume with the light effects turned off).

Can I use the player while charging?

Yes, Moonlight can be used while charging.

Is the battery replaceable?

No. The battery is built-in and unfortunately not replaceable by the user.

Can I record my CD onto a memory card?

Unfortunately, our product doesn’t support digitalizing your CDs.

Does Moonlight support both Bluetooth transmit & receive?

Yes. Moonlight supports both Bluetooth receive (to play music from your phone or other devices) and Bluetooth transmit (to send audio to wireless headphones or speakers).

Can I connect wireless headphones or AirPods?

Yes, Moonlight can pair with most Bluetooth wireless headphones and earbuds, including AirPods. Once paired, you can enjoy your CDs or other audio privately without disturbing others.

Can I use it in my car?

You can connect it to your car using the aux output, but please note that the Bluetooth transmitter function isn't compatible with car systems.

However, we don't really recommend using it in a car. We upgraded the speakers and battery to deliver better sound and longer playback time, which brings the total weight to about 2.9 lbs. It’s more of a “home portable” setup - easy to move from your bedroom to the living room or kitchen, but not ideal for carrying around or using in a vehicle like smaller, lightweight devices. It really performs best when placed on a desk, shelf, or bedside.

Why isn’t the AUX output working on my Moonlight?

This usually happens because of the type of cable or connection being used.

If you‘re using a split audio cable - the kind made for computers or headsets that combine a microphone and headphone jack. These cables don’t transfer sound correctly when used with external speakers.

To get AUX working properly:

  1. Use a standard 3.5mm stereo cable (TRS-to-TRS) - both ends should look identical, each with two small black rings.

  2. The Moonlight’s port is AUX OUT only, meaning it sends sound out but doesn’t receive it. So make sure to connect it to your speaker or soundbar’s AUX IN or LINE IN port (not AUX OUT). If it’s plugged into another AUX OUT port, the sound will continue playing through Moonlight’s speakers instead of the external device.

Why isn’t the Bluetooth transmitter working on my Moonlight?

  1. Check the player mode

    Before pairing, make sure your Moonlight is set to CD or USB mode (depending on what you want to stream via Bluetooth), not BT mode.

    If it stays in BT mode, the screen will keep showing “Pairing” because that’s Bluetooth In (receiver) mode, which receives sound instead of sending it out.

    Then, press and hold the [BT Out] button to activate Bluetooth Out (transmitter) mode and connect to your external speaker or headphones.

  2. Check the volume

    If the Bluetooth connection shows as successful and your CD player goes silent but there’s no sound from your external speakers, please try adjusting the volume on both your Moonlight and your speakers.

    Sometimes the external device may be muted or set to very low volume, which can cause silent playback even when connected.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

Can I change, update, or cancel my order?

Absolutely - we know plans can change! If you’d like to update your shipping address, switch your color choice, or cancel your order, please send us a message or email us at support@vitoppa.com as soon as possible - ideally within 2 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include “Cancel Order” / "Update Order" and your order number in the subject line.

Once your order starts moving through our fulfillment process, changes may not be possible, but we’ll always do everything we can to help.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery in real time.

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. orders: Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 1–7 business days with USPS.

  • International orders: International orders ship by air and are handed off to local carriers for final delivery. Timing varies by country, but most packages arrive within 3–12 business days after fulfillment.

Why does my tracking show “Not Available” or no updates right after shipping?

This is normal with USPS shipments. When an order enters our warehouse system, a shipping label is created automatically, but tracking information may not be visible right away. USPS may need some time to activate the tracking in their system, which is why you might see “Not Available” or no updates at first.

Tracking typically updates within a few hours and may take up to 24 hours during weekends, holidays, or peak shipping periods. Once USPS scans the package, updates will appear automatically.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - we offer free shipping to selected regions, including the contiguous U.S., Hong Kong (China), Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and Thailand.

For other destinations, our community spans many countries, and we’re not able to operate local warehouses everywhere or ship in large ocean-freight batches. For most international orders, air freight remains the most reliable option to get your package to you safely. While it’s more expensive than ocean shipping, we cover most of the cost and only ask you to contribute a small portion of the shipping fee.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do ship to PO Box addresses.

Will I need to pay customs duties or additional taxes?

For U.S. Orders: For orders shipped within the contiguous U.S., all applicable customs and duties are already included in your order total. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

For international orders: import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total and may be collected upon delivery. Whenever possible, we work with our logistics partners to reduce or simplify this process - but we cannot guarantee duties can be prepaid for every destination due to local regulations.

We always do our best to support you throughout the process and keep things as smooth as possible.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or is lost?

If your package arrives damaged, missing, or shows no tracking movement for an extended period, please contact us at support@vitoppa.com with your order number and photos if available. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Does this product come with a warranty?

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure your item is in good working condition with no signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear.
