Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (based on your tracking information).

Please make sure your item is in good working condition, with no signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear. If a returned item shows significant wear, damage, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.

For non-defective returns (such as a change of mind), return shipping costs are not covered. You’ll need to use a tracked shipping method and cover the postage.

Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us - we’ll take care of it and guide you through the best next step.

Returns must include the original product packaging (branded box). Everything should be clean, undamaged, and include all original accessories in good condition.

Please make sure the following requirements are met:

  • An order number, receipt, or proof of purchase is required
  • The product must be undamaged, clean, and in good working condition
  • All original accessories and components must be included
  • The original packaging must be in good condition

Initiate Return

To initiate a return, just email us at support@vitoppa.com with a few clear photos or short video clips of the product from different angles - this helps us confirm the condition quickly and keep things smooth for you.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions.

Exchange

We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you’d like to receive a new item sooner, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays or extra charges.

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable.
