Warranty Coverage

Every product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal, intended use. To keep warranty valid, please make sure your product is used and cared for properly:

  • Used, stored, and handled according to the instructions in the user manual.
  • Operated under normal household conditions, without exposure to excessive heat, humidity, or physical stress.
  • Maintained properly, with any cleaning or care done as recommended.
  • Unmodified and not disassembled by anyone outside of VIToppa or an authorized technician.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as light scratches, minor dents, or surface fading over time.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or other events beyond reasonable control.
  • Accidental damage or misuse, including drops, impacts, liquid spills, or other physical damage.
  • Improper care, storage, or maintenance, such as exposure to extreme heat, humidity, or moisture.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s performance or sound quality.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly by anyone other than VIToppa or an approved technician.
  • Damage caused by incompatible accessories, incorrect voltage, or unstable power supply.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or secondhand marketplaces.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to official purchases made through our website, or an authorized retailer/platform. Products obtained through unauthorized channels or second-hand sales are not eligible for warranty.

Initiate a Warranty Claim

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you’re fully taken care of.

  1. Gather your details: Have your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase ready. This helps us locate your record quickly.
  2. Show us the issue: Please provide a few photos or a short video that clearly show the problem - it helps our team assess what went wrong and find the best solution.
  3. Submit your claim: Email us at support@vitoppa.com with the above information and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 1-3 business days.
  4. Return (if needed): If we need the product sent back, we’ll cover the shipping cost and guide you through the process. We’re always learning from feedback and doing our best to make every experience better than the last.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll determine the most appropriate solution and take care of it accordingly.

Warrant Limitations

This warranty will be void if the product has been repaired, modified, or disassembled by anyone other than our authorized team. We may request photo or video proof of the issue, and in some cases, ask that you send the product back for inspection. If a return is required, we’ll cover the shipping cost and walk you through the process.

Please note that:

  • We do not offer monetary reimbursement. Replacement or repair is the only remedy under this warranty.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
