We know waiting for a package can feel like forever, so we ship most orders within 1 business day after they’re placed.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email by the third business day, please reach out to support@vitoppa.com and we’ll make sure everything’s on track.

Change, Update, or Cancel Order

We know plans can change! If you’d like to update your shipping address, switch your color choice, or cancel your order, please send us a message or email us at support@vitoppa.com as soon as possible - ideally within 2 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include “Cancel Order” / "Update Order" and your order number in the subject line.

Once your order starts moving through our fulfillment process, changes may not be possible, but we’ll always do everything we can to help.

We truly wish we could deliver our product to every corner of the world. However, some regions are still difficult to reach due to high international shipping costs and limited logistics options. Even after we cover most of the expense, the remaining cost would still be quite high - and we don’t want to pass that burden on to you.

If you live outside these areas but are still interested, you’re welcome to contact us to check the actual shipping cost to your location. We’ll gladly look into it and let you know what’s possible!

Note: Even within countries listed above, certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may have limited delivery availability due to logistics constraints.

Because our community has grown across so many different countries, we’re unable to set up local warehouses everywhere or combine shipments into large ocean freight. Right now, we operate from three main hubs - two in the U.S. and one in China - with a fourth one on the way.

For most international destinations, air freight remains the most reliable way to get your order safely to you. It’s more costly than ocean freight, but we’ll cover most of the expense and you’ll only need to contribute a small portion.

Customs & Duties

For U.S. Orders: For orders shipped within the contiguous U.S., all applicable customs and duties are already included in your order total. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

For international orders: import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total and may be collected upon delivery. Whenever possible, we work with our logistics partners to reduce or simplify this process - but we cannot guarantee duties can be prepaid for every destination due to local regulations.

We always do our best to support you throughout the process and keep things as smooth as possible.

Shipping Carriers

For U.S. Orders: We mainly use USPS for delivery. Once your order has been fulfilled, transit time is typically 1–7 business days, unless there are unavoidable delays with the carrier.

For international orders: Packages are shipped by air freight and then handed off to local delivery partners for final delivery. The last-mile carrier may vary depending on your country. While transit times differ by destination, most packages arrive within 3–12 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that delivery times may vary, and we’re unable to guarantee exact arrival dates.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Occasionally, tracking may show “Not Available” or no updates right after shipping. This is normal with USPS shipments.

When an order enters our warehouse system, a shipping label is created automatically, but tracking information may not be visible right away. USPS may need some time to activate the tracking in their system, which is why you might see “Not Available” or no updates at first.

Tracking typically updates within a few hours and may take up to 24 hours during weekends, holidays, or peak shipping periods. Once USPS scans the package, updates will appear automatically.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We’re unable to take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible, occasional delays may still happen due to carrier issues, customs inspections, or unexpected circumstances. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare cases.
