Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1 business day. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us.

Estimated delivery time
• U.S. orders: 1–7 business days after shipment
• International orders: typically 3–12 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping costs
• Free shipping: U.S., Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand
• $10 USD: UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, and select EU countries
• $15 USD: Most EU countries, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Saudi Arabia

Order changes or cancellation
If you need to update your shipping address, change color, or cancel your order, please contact support@vitoppa.com preferably within 3 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.
